In collaboration with Orvis, Tre Laghi is proud to offer a special view into the heart of the Dolomite range with expert guides, superb accommodations and a trip designed for both anglers and non-anglers alike. While anglers cast their rods into pristine Alpine waters, the rest of us have a myriad of choices, including everything from guided mountain walks, cultural visits to local artisans and strolling the heart of downtown of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

For anglers, your daily guided outing will take you along the Italian/Austrian border in search of brown, brook and rainbow trout, and further south you search for the distinct marble and marble hybrids as well as graylings. Your trip leader has designed the itinerary for all levels of fly-fishermen, and you can expect a local guide for every two anglers.

Non-anglers receive the same lavish attention, with daily guided walks, biking possibilities, lunch at a mountain refuge, a half-day cooking school in Cortina, as well as visits to local artisans. San Candido is renown for its rich wools (Loden) and Alpine cheese-making, while Cortina offers silver-smithing and glass in-lay work shop demonstrations. Whichever you choose for your daily activity, evenings will find us back together for a culinary treat of each area's specialties.
