When you sign up for any tour, you will receive a detailed information packet, which contains a complete daily itinerary of your trip, precise information about how to get to your trip starting point, as well as a list of useful clothing and other items to bring. No matter what time of year you are planning your trip, your tour guide is always available to you, to answer questions and make recommendations about other destinations you may want to visit. At any time, we are only a phone call away.

THE FINE PRINT
PAYMENT POLICY :
To reserve your space on a Tre Laghi walking tour, simply call us at 800-293-1117. Outside the U.S., call 001-503-762- 3483. Due to the limited size of our groups, we recommend that you book as early as possible. A $500 deposit per participant must be received by us within 7 days of your call to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a detailed information packet describing your tour. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your departure. Please make all checks payable to Tre Laghi Travel.
SAILING TRIP PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION :
At the time you place your reservation, a deposit of $2,000 per person is due. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. All payments towards sailing trips are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance .
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT :
Participants traveling alone may avoid paying the single supplement charge by sharing hotel accommodations with another participant, if available.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Tre Laghi reserves the right to cancel any tour or to alter its tour route and scheduled activities as may be required by weather and other conditions beyond its control (i.e., labor disputes and other disturbances). The participant agrees not to hold Tre Laghi or any of its operators responsible for any personal injury, or damage to or loss of luggage.
CANCELLATIONS :
All cancellations must be made in writing. If we receive your written cancellation prior to 60 days before your tour departure date, we will refund all payments received less a $150 administrative fee. Should cancellation occur between 60 and 30 days prior to your departure, a penalty fee of $250 per person will be incurred. Cancellations received within 30 days but no less than 15 days before departure will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour price. If you cancel within 15 days of your tour departure date, there will be no refund payment. However, we will credit you with 50% of the tour price which may be applied to any other tour. You may avoid all of these fees by securing a replacement participant. In this instance, we will issue a 100% refund to you as soon as we have received full payment from your replacement. Should you fail to appear for your scheduled tour, no refund will be made and no credit can be given.
